Data collected

This site is purely informational: it has no contact forms, requires no registration, and does not collect personal data directly entered by users. No profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools are used. The only third-party services are the statistics tools described below, active only with your consent.

Technical data processed automatically by the server

As with most websites, the hosting server may temporarily log some data automatically transmitted by the browser during browsing (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time), used solely for security and technical operation of the service, and not cross-referenced with other information to identify the user.

Browsing statistics (only with your consent)

Only if you accept via the banner, the site enables Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4 to obtain aggregated statistics on how pages are used. This involves pseudonymous identifiers stored in cookies, device and browser information, pages visited and interactions (clicks, scrolling, session recordings), plus approximate location derived from the IP address. This data is not used to identify you or for advertising.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. If you decline, none of these tools is loaded.

Recipients and transfers: the data is processed by Microsoft (Clarity) and Google (Google Analytics) and may be transferred to the United States; both companies participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as adequate. Provider notices: Microsoft and Google.

Retention: Google Analytics cookies last up to 2 years and individual visitor data is kept by Google for no more than 14 months; Clarity follows the periods set by Microsoft. The cookie list is in the Cookie Policy.

Fonts (self-hosted)

The "Fraunces" and "Manrope" fonts are hosted directly on the site's own servers and are not loaded from Google Fonts or any other external service. Their use does not involve any transmission of data or IP address to third parties.

Data subject rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to the processing of data concerning you by writing to helpdesk@prandi.net. Consent to statistics can be withdrawn at any time from the Cookie Policy ("manage cookie consent" link), without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
